Drupal Developer Job at Integrated Wireless Solutions

• Plan and execute a structured WordPress-to-Drupal migration, covering data modelling, user accounts, and media assets.
• Build and configure Drupal themes, layouts, and templates aligned with design specifications and responsive standards.
• Establish and manage development, staging, and production environments.
• Implement custom modules or integrations for third-party systems (e.g., CRM, analytics, registration, or forms).
• Perform thorough QA, bug fixing, and validation throughout all delivery stages.
• Coordinate with designers, QA, and content stakeholders to meet project milestones:
• Milestone 1: Environment Set Up
• Milestone 2: Analysis and Migration
• Milestone 3: Theme Complete
• Milestone 4: Feature Complete
• Milestone 5: Sites Live
• Manage final deployment and DNS cutover.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of Drupal development and customization experience.
• Proven background in WordPress migrations or similar CMS transitions.
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Twig.
• Hands-on experience with Drupal configuration management, Views, Paragraphs, and custom content types.
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized local environments (e.g., Docker).
• Solid understanding of SEO, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and mobile-first design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on short-term deliverables.

Preferred

• Experience integrating APIs or event/registration systems.
• Familiarity with Acquia Cloud or other managed Drupal hosting.
• Background in automated testing, performance optimization, or decoupled front-ends.
