Nina Ogor

Nina is a Digital Project Manager at Digital Polygon and the Drupal4Gov Operations Director. She's been involved with organizing and planning GovCon from the beginning.

Nina Ogor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2015, she worked as a Political Engagement Intern at Analyst Institute, where she conducted outreach and research in the field of democratic campaigns. In 2016, she interned at the U.S. Department of State as a Public Affairs Intern, where she edited documents and contributed to social media strategy.

From 2017 to 2018, Nina worked as an English Second Language Teacher at Yaohua Experimental School and then moved on to Shenzhen Bao'an Xixiang Primary School as a Primary English Teacher. Following this, she served as the Grade 3 and 4 Assistant Supervisor for Head Primary Foreign Teacher at Yaohua Experimental School from 2018 to 2020.

In 2013, Nina took on the role of Operations Director at Drupal4Gov. Her responsibilities included coordinating and training volunteers, managing event logistics, resolving conflicts, and overseeing project management. Nina also contributed to sponsor relations and data analysis.

From 2020 to 2021, Nina worked as an English Teacher at Charles E Smith Jewish Day School, where she taught English and provided academic coaching and parent communication. Afterwards, she transitioned to Kent County Middle School as an English Language Arts Teacher from 2021 to 2022.

Most recently, Nina joined Digital Polygon in 2022 as a Digital Project Manager.
