Bitegra Solutions Becomes LakeDrops!

LakeDrops has taken over Bitegra Solutions. With this merger, LakeDrops now plans to focus even more on Drupal technology and module development. Richard Papp and Matthias Walti will additionally strengthen the Drupal expertise and allow an even broader foundation of high quality and long-term service around Drupal.

Under the new name LakeDrops GmbH & Co. KG they plan to focus even more intensively on Drupal as a platform. The solution portfolio around the already established portal framework will be continuously expanded. They maintain and develop a large number of modules on Drupal.org

LakeDrops started in 2011 as a Drupal agency with a number of experienced Drupal freelancers such as Jürgen Haas, Richard Papp and Matthias Walti. It has over the years made a name for itself in the Drupal community. With increasing project size, which could no longer be managed with freelancers, Jürgen Haas, Harald Geisser and Daniel Speicher founded bitegra Solutions GmbH & Co. KG in early 2019.

Over the years, LakeDrops has developed knowledge and experience on digital processes in the real estate and food industry sectors. It has allowed them to develop software tools that kickstart these processes for all customers almost out of the box. They provide these services with a SaaS model and has invested significant time and money over the years to optimize their own software tools such that they fit to other business areas as well.

In January 2022, bitegra Solutions was transferred to LakeDrops and is now strengthened by Richard Papp and Matthias Walti. Harald Geisser, previously on the management board of bitegra Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, left the company in January 2022. LakeDrops has many plans moving forward and we shall keep you abreast of any new developments there or anywhere else in the Drupal land!
