A11y Talks November 2022

Speakers Sia Magadan (she/ella) and Val Neumark (she/they) of Rootid nonprofit communication will present 'Designing 'With and Not 'For', rootid's Culture Shifting Process'.
In This session they share the highlights of their journey to shifting organizational culture and will highlight the Liberatory Design Framework and Mindsets, "as well as some of the other techniques we use to embody our values and put them into action." Join as they discuss the steps taken to hold themselves and each other accountable with grace.
