Last Day to Submit a Session Proposal for NERD Summit 2023
Are you a web developer passionate enough to pass on your knowledge about the latest web technologies to fellow developers? The annual technology conference from from the New England area, #NERDS23, short for New England Regional Developers Summit 2023, is about to happen from 17-19 March 2023. And the last date to submit a session proposal for the summit has been extended by a day.
Submissions will now be accepted until Monday, January 16th, 2023, at 11:59 pm.
“If you’ve already submitted a session for 2023, thanks!”
reads an email newsletter forwarded to the subscribers of the NERD group.
“If you are knowledgeable or passionate about a NERD-y topic, please consider submitting a Session proposal or a Group Discussion proposal! [Group Discussions are informal gatherings of people who wish to discuss a certain topic of shared interest with an open conversational format.] We invite you to submit a group discussion topic and volunteer to lead and moderate the discussion.”

NERD Summit is an inclusive, community-building tech event in New England. As of now, 42 submissions from 40 people have been received, according to an update in Slack by Rick Hood, an organizer behind the scene. The event can include 50 45-minute sessions. NERDS Summit is held in the INTEGRATED SCIENCES BUILDING at UMass Amherst in Amherst, Massachusetts.
The college of natural sciences and Last Call Media are the Platinum sponsors for the summit.
