Imre Gmelig Meijling Joins Drupal Association Board

Imre Gmelig Meijling, CEO of React Online Digital Agency in The Netherlands, has been introduced as one of the newest members elected to the Drupal Association Board. As mentioned in a Drupal Association blog post, Imre brings a wealth of digital experience from roles at organizations like the United Nations World Food Programme, Disney, and Port of Rotterdam. Notably, he also serves as an executive member of the DrupalCon Europe Advisory Committee and previously chaired the Dutch Drupal Association, expanding marketing efforts and establishing a successful Drupal Partner Program. 

Imre played a key role in launching Drupal.nl, a community website used by several countries. He also co-created the Splash Awards while leading Drupaljam, a Dutch Drupal event with almost 500 attendees. In addition, Imre joined the Drupal Business Survey in 2023.

In his conversation with the Drupal Association, Imre expressed his excitement about joining the board, stating,

Drupal has a strong market position with many opportunities for the coming years. I look forward to supporting the marketing team in their expanding efforts.
