Drupal Pune Meetup Report - June 2024

This is the report of the Drupal Pune Meetup held on June 22, 2024. The event began with a welcoming note, followed by several engaging sessions.

Session on Digital Lead Acquisition:

• Presenters: Indranil Ain and Saheel Sikilkar

Session on Socially-Driven Projects:

• Presenter: Aastha Shrivastava
• Topic: "Level Up Your Impact: Building Socially-Driven Projects with Drupal as a DPG"

Post-Lunch Discussion: The meetup continued with updates and planning for DrupalCamp Pune 2024. Key highlights from the discussion included:

Sponsorship Team:

• Updates:
  • A company showed interest in sponsoring the event independently.
  • A Sponsorship Deck has been prepared.
• Tasks:
  • Dipak will send sponsorship invites to various agencies.
  • Dipak will coordinate with the Marketing team for "Call for Sponsors" posts.

Marketing Team:

• Coordination: Nikita will work with the Sponsorship team to market the call for sponsors.

Design Team:

• Outreach: Vighnesh will contact Abhisek and Asmita.
• Volunteer Form: Vighnesh will update the design of the volunteer form to include benefits and add a call for volunteers page on the site.

Website Team:

• Setup: Abhisek will set up the site on Pantheon.

• Speaker Mentorship: Piyuesh and Ajit will discuss implementation.

Venue and Catering:

• Booking Deadline: June 29, 2024

The meetup was productive, laying the groundwork for DrupalCamp Pune 2024 and fostering collaboration among community members.
