Drupal Workspaces Module Enhances Enterprise Content Management

Michael Meyers, Managing Director at Tag1 Consulting, recently highlighted the significant advancements in enterprise-level content management for Drupal sites through the Workspaces module, discussed in a Tag1 Team Talk. Joined by Andrei Mateescu, a Senior Architect and Engineer at Tag1 and a maintainer of the Workspaces module, Michael explored how this experimental feature, now included in Drupal core, facilitates site-wide content staging. 

Despite its current experimental status, Workspaces is already employed in production environments and is expected to become a stable feature in Drupal Core version 10.3 or 11. The module allows users to preview and manage extensive content changes before they go live, integrating with core features like translations and Layout Builder. Additionally, it supports multiple workspaces and content movement between these workspaces and includes a Trash module for handling content deletions.
