MidCamp 2025 Opens Call for Session Proposals

MidCamp 2025 has opened its call for session proposals, inviting speakers to share their expertise at the annual event. Scheduled for May 20-22, 2025, the event will be held at DePaul University’s Lincoln Park Student Center in Chicago, Illinois. Proposals are being accepted until January 12, 2025, with speakers notified during the week of February 17, 2025.

The event, which has featured over 300 sessions since its inception in 2014, welcomes talks for all skill levels, including Drupal beginners, advanced users, end users, and business professionals. Session tracks outline the topics of interest, encouraging a wide range of expertise and perspectives.

To support prospective speakers, MidCamp is offering workshops to enhance session proposals and presentations. The first workshop, “Crafting an Outstanding Proposal,” will be held on December 12, 2024, and a second workshop focused on refining presentations is planned for March 2025, open to presenters for both MidCamp and DrupalCon Atlanta 2025.

MidCamp 2025 sessions will run on May 20-21, while the final day, May 22, will feature additional activities and community engagements.
