Call for Session Proposals Opens for LocalGov Drupal Camp 2025
LocalGov Drupal has opened the call for session proposals for its LocalGov Drupal Camp 2025, taking place on 3 July 2025 at the Abbey Community Centre in Westminster, London. The event invites practitioners from local councils, public sector organisations, and suppliers to submit talks, workshops, and other session types that contribute to the growth and learning of the community.
Submissions are open until 30 May, with accepted presenters to be notified by 2 June. The final schedule will be published on 9 June. Contributors can propose up to two sessions, which must focus on community learning and avoid promotional content. Workshops may run for 90 minutes, while all other sessions should be 45 minutes long.
Session themes include content design, accessibility, development, collaboration, and case studies showcasing LocalGov Drupal in action. The organisers particularly encourage submissions from underrepresented groups and request that panel sessions reflect diverse perspectives. Panels made up solely of men will not be accepted.
Suppliers whose sessions are selected will receive one free ticket to the event. Council attendees can attend for free, while Certified Suppliers and Supporting Partners are eligible for one free ticket and discounted additional tickets. General ticket sales open on 16 May.
