Ramsalt Lab Appoints Robin Caers as CEO to Strengthen Growth and Customer Focus

Ramsalt Lab has appointed Robin Caers as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a strategic shift to bolster growth and sharpen its customer focus. The search for a CEO began a year ago, and Robin’s arrival underscores the agency’s commitment to scaling its capabilities and enhancing service delivery across Europe and beyond.

Robin joins Ramsalt from NSI, one of Belgium’s largest IT firms, where he led a multidisciplinary team of developers, UX/UI designers and project managers specializing in Drupal. He brings extensive experience in organizational leadership, web technologies and people-first management.

Co-founder Martin Normann Lund will transition from day-to-day operations to concentrate fully on strategic vision and long-term development as Chairman of the Board. Co-founder Yngve W. Bergheim will focus on strategy and business development, continuing to shape Ramsalt’s direction and secure new opportunities.
