ContentOps: Dries Buytaert spoke about making more tools available for the content marketers to create, collaborate, edit and promote any kind of content across various channels for an improved omni channel strategy.

CampaignOps: Dries Buytaert talked about optimizing overall brand governance and privacy compliance through streamlined content that is targeted for better execution through optimization of digital campaigns.

MLOps: Dries talked about using machine learning to create digital workflows and experiences. This is by optimizing users' customer journey with the help of data scientists and marketers.
