Let's bring new people to Drupal!

Back in at DrupalCon Portland 2024, during his Driesnote, Dries asked people there to stand if they worked with Drupal for longer then 1 year, than stay up if more than 3, 5, 10, 20. And only between 5 and 10 he noticed people actually start to sit down.
That is the unfortunate reflex of the fact that people haven't been starting to use Drupal as before.
We know Drupal has a steep learning curve, people try to kill PHP every single year, and the there is always a new shiny JS framework people want to learn.
But we need to do our part better and bring back the attention to how awesome Drupal is, and how accessible it is.
I see a bright future for Drupal, especially with Drupal CMS paving the way.
So I will talk about my opinions and ideas, and hopefully we will have a great discussion and build new bridges for bringing new people to enjoy Drupal as much as us!
