Growing a team to transform a university website

In this session, the partnership between manifesto and the University of Edinburgh will be explored, focusing on the development of several essential Drupal websites. The discussion will highlight the key learnings and challenges faced throughout this multi-year collaboration, emphasizing the personal growth experienced by team members as they worked together to bring the initial vision to fruition. The session will provide insights into the strategies employed to overcome obstacles and achieve success in this transformative project. From 2021 to 2024, the manifesto team collaborated closely with the Prospective Student Web team at the University of Edinburgh. This partnership not only resulted in a new student-centered online presence but also fostered innovative working methods within a multidisciplinary agile team.
