AI Governance in Drupal: Quotas, Ollama Fallback, and Cost Control in Practice - Jérôme Tchania

Adopting AI in a CMS immediately raises questions of governance: who can use it, how much does it cost, and what happens when the quota is exhausted? This live demo explores these issues through a Drupal 11 integration built on the drupal/ai module — per-user quotas, automatic switchover to a local model (Ollama) when cloud credit runs out, and a metering dashboard to keep visibility on costs.
