JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead, mentor, and coordinate the development team
Ensure the successful delivery of development projects
Oversee code quality (code reviews, merge request validation, etc.)
Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes
Participate in workload estimation and feasibility studies (pre-sales / costing)
Support teams in maintaining development quality while actively contributing to development
Promote development best practices across teams
Contribute technically to specifications in collaboration with clients
Implement unit tests and integration tests
Ensure deadlines are met
Write and maintain technical documentation
Take part in company culture through afterworks and various events

Profile Required

You:

Have strong skills in Drupal 8/9 technologies
Have at least 5 years of experience in web development in a PHP environment
Are experienced in working with Agile methodologies
Are detail-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
Regularly follow technology trends to stay up to date with new tools and environments
Enjoy sharing knowledge and working in a collaborative, positive environment
