JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate the development team
  • Ensure the successful delivery of development projects
  • Oversee code quality (code reviews, merge request validation, etc.)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes
  • Participate in workload estimation and feasibility studies (pre-sales / costing)
  • Support teams in maintaining development quality while actively contributing to development
  • Promote development best practices across teams
  • Contribute technically to specifications in collaboration with clients
  • Implement unit tests and integration tests
  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Write and maintain technical documentation
  • Take part in company culture through afterworks and various events 

Profile Required

You:

  • Have strong skills in Drupal 8/9 technologies
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in web development in a PHP environment
  • Are experienced in working with Agile methodologies  
  • Are detail-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
  • Regularly follow technology trends to stay up to date with new tools and environments
  • Enjoy sharing knowledge and working in a collaborative, positive environment
