JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead Drupal architecture and platform implementation.
  • Oversee custom modules, theming, APIs, and integrations.
  • Establish coding standards and development best practices.
  • Manage Composer and Configuration Management workflows.
  • Optimize performance with Redis, Varnish, and caching.
  • Support CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and DevOps.
  • Ensure WCAG, Section 508, USWDS, FISMA, and FedRAMP compliance.
  • Maintain Drupal security patching and configuration hardening.
  • Mentor developers and support Agile delivery. 

    Minimum Qualifications
     
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive Drupal 9/10+ experience.
  • Strong PHP, Twig, HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills.
  • Drupal APIs, Composer, CMI expertise.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git, DevOps, Redis, Varnish, and Agile.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. 

    Preferred Qualifications
  • Federal Drupal modernization experience.
  • Acquia or cloud-hosted Drupal experience.
  • Acquia Drupal certification.
  • Experience leading technical teams.
