Drupal AI Learners Club Launches With First Community Session on 8 April
The Drupal AI Learners Club will host its inaugural session on 8 April 2026 from 16:30 to 17:30 UTC (09:30–10:30 PDT, 10:30–11:30 MDT, 11:30 AM–12:30 CDT, 12:30–13:30 EDT, 22:00 to 23:00 IST) as a virtual event focused on sharing practical approaches to integrating AI with Drupal. The session, hosted by Angie Byron, will bring together community members to present and discuss their current tools, workflows and experiences.
The initiative builds on discussions emerging from DrupalCon and takes inspiration from formats such as Drupal Dojo, but focuses specifically on AI-related development. It aims to create a recurring, community-led space where participants can exchange insights, troubleshoot challenges and explore evolving practices in AI-assisted Drupal work.
The first session follows a “show and tell” format centred on the theme “What’s your Drupal + AI setup?”. Participants are invited to demonstrate the tools and approaches they use, including AI models, Drupal modules, coding agents, development environments, IDEs and workflow strategies, encouraging both the sharing of successful implementations and the discussion of limitations.
The event will take place online, with a Zoom link shared with registered participants and through the #ai-learners channel on Drupal Slack. Organisers have confirmed that the session will be recorded and made available after the event. Further details and registration are available through the event page.
