DrupalCon Europe 2026 Opens Final Days for Session Submissions

Submissions for DrupalCon Europe 2026 are set to close on 13 April 2026 at 23:59 CEST, marking the final opportunity for contributors to propose sessions for the annual Drupal conference. The event is scheduled to take place from 28 September to 1 October 2026 at the Postillion Hotel & Convention Centre WTC Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

The Call for Papers invites participation from across the Drupal ecosystem, including developers, designers, marketers, and community organisers. Proposed formats include 20-minute and 45-minute sessions, workshops, and panel discussions, allowing contributors to present case studies, technical insights, or community experiences.

Programme tracks cover a wide range of themes, including Drupal CMS, Development and AI, User Experience and Accessibility, Community Health, and Digital Sovereignty and Open Web. Submissions are expected to align with audience levels from beginner to advanced, though the call does not specify evaluation criteria beyond general relevance to track topics.

Accepted speakers will be notified on 25 May 2026, with the full programme scheduled for publication on 1 June 2026. Selected speakers receive complimentary conference access, while travel and accommodation costs remain self-funded. The call positions participation as a means of sharing expertise within the Drupal community rather than a formally structured technical showcase. Submit your papers here.
