DrupalCon Rotterdam 2026 Launches Community T-Shirt Design Contest
A community T-shirt design contest is now open for DrupalCon Rotterdam 2026, inviting participants to create the official event design. The initiative offers contributors a chance to showcase their creativity while engaging with the global Drupal community.
The contest opened on 20 April 2026 and will accept submissions until 3 July 2026 at 23:59 CEST. The winning design will be printed on the official DrupalCon Rotterdam 2026 T-shirt. The creator will receive a free ticket to attend the event along with recognition across DrupalCon communication channels.
Organisers are seeking original designs that reflect the energy and identity of the Drupal community. Suggested themes include the city of Rotterdam, open-source collaboration, the Drupal ecosystem, and the event’s mascot Miffy. Submissions must be original work, and AI-generated images are not allowed.
Design requirements specify a front-only layout using a single print colour. Accepted file formats include PDF (vector), JPEG, or PNG at a minimum resolution of 350 dpi. The maximum design size is 27 cm by 20 cm. Participants may submit multiple entries, each with a short description explaining the concept.
The selection process includes an initial review phase, with the top four designs announced on 10 July 2026. Public voting will take place from 13 July to 24 July 2026. The final winner will be announced on 29 July 2026.
By submitting an entry, participants grant permission for organisers to use the design on T-shirts, promotional materials, and social media. Sponsor logos will appear separately on the back of the T-shirt.
