JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure the code quality of development teams
  • Implement best practices in alignment with the manager and verify the actions carried out by the team
  • Validate and ensure adherence to commitments made by the team regarding estimates and deadlines at the beginning of each sprint and according to business timelines
  • Coordinate technical activities with other technical teams involved in the project (infrastructure, integration, production)
  • Manage resource planning
  • Support and mentor developers:
    • Continuous improvement (problem-solving and anticipation)
    • Team skill development and upskilling
  • Handle the coding of specific parts of the application
  • Monitor and provide technical follow-up for production issues and application performance
  • Report progress, raise alerts and risks, and communicate the status of development activities
