JOB DESCRIPTION

5+ years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Acquia Certified Drupal Developer (Drupal 8/9/10)
Strong experience in Drupal theming, layouts, and content structuring
Experience managing enterprise-level IT MNC websites and multiple digital/web properties
Skilled in building clean, scalable, responsive, and pixel-perfect UI implementations
Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, usability, and web performance best practices
Experience converting designs into reusable and maintainable frontend components
Expertise in structuring, maintaining, and scaling Drupal-based enterprise web ecosystems
Ability to design scalable content models and layouts for multiple stakeholders and business use cases
Strong understanding of website architecture, backend content models, and information hierarchy
Experience with Drupal Layout Builder and component-based design systems
Proficient in JavaScript for UI interactions, dynamic functionality, and performance optimization
Experience integrating analytics, forms, marketing automation, and tracking tools
Familiarity with SEO, CRO, analytics, and performance marketing tools
Experience supporting websites, landing pages, campaign assets, event microsites, and employer branding platforms
Skilled in improving usability, navigation, and information architecture across digital properties
Ability to maintain documentation for website structures, components, and best practices
Experience recommending and implementing improvements for scalability, maintainability, and performance
Comfortable working in Agile and fast-paced environments
Strong collaboration skills with marketing teams, sales leaders, designers, content writers, HR, and other stakeholders
