UI Suite DSFR 1.15 Adds ProConnect Variant for French Government Drupal Sites

The 1.15.0 release of UI Suite DSFR adds a ProConnect variant to the theme's Connect component. UI Suite DSFR implements the Système de Design de l’État (DSFR), France's state design system, for Drupal. According to the Drupal.org release notes, version 1.15.0 was released on 11 August 2026 with 13 resolved issues and support for Drupal ^10.3.4 or ^11.

The release updates the theme's compatibility to DSFR 1.15.1, keeping its Drupal implementation aligned with the corresponding design-system release. The Drupal.org issue for the ProConnect work identifies a new upstream fr-connect--pro variant and adds a corresponding ProConnect option to UI Suite DSFR's Connect component. The issue frames the change as component and markup work rather than an implementation of the underlying authentication service.

Other changes add configurable header quick-access links, allow grid rows to render as ordered or unordered lists, and introduce an in-text link option without fr-link classes. The changelog also records changes to transcription modal markup, modal and footer heading defaults, mobile header and navigation markup, rich-content markup, display behaviour, and theme configuration. The project page describes UI Suite DSFR as using UI Patterns and Single Directory Components to expose DSFR components through Drupal.
