DrupalCamp Spain 2026 Extends Call for Papers Deadline to 27 September

Prospective speakers have until 27 September 2026 to submit proposals for DrupalCamp Spain 2026 after the Call for Papers deadline was extended. The additional submission window comes ahead of the three-day event scheduled for 19–21 November in Madrid.

DrupalCamp Spain 2026 will take place at Talent Garden Madrid, with Business Day, training, workshops, and conference sessions spread across the programme. The venue is near the Delicias, Méndez Álvaro, and Atocha transport connections.

The event's speaker guide gives standard talks 35 minutes, with presentations allowed to run to a maximum of 40 minutes. A separate five-to-ten-minute period is reserved for audience questions, and volunteers will warn speakers when ten minutes and five minutes remain. The guidance recommends rehearsing sessions so the presentation does not consume the time intended for discussion.

The guide also recommends limiting slides to eight lines of text, keeping individual lines to no more than 30 characters, and using a font size of at least 28 points. Projection will use a 16:9 format at 1920×1080 pixels. Speakers covering complex subjects are encouraged to divide material into sections so individual parts can be expanded or shortened according to the time available.

The Asociación Española de Drupal (AED) is identified by the event website as the organisation driving DrupalCamp Spain and the principal support for the local organising team. The camp is intended as a meeting point for Spain's Drupal community, with talks, practical workshops, training, and opportunities for professional exchange.
