A11yTalks – Shifting Left: How CMS Accessibility Can Help
A11yTalks has announced its upcoming meetup on April 12, 2023, at 6:00 PM EDT. The meetup topic is "Shifting Left: How CMS Accessibility Can Help." Hidde de Vries, Front-end and Accessibility Specialist, will present the session.
During the interactive presentation, Hidde will explore how CMSs can help to improve accessibility, such as by warning content editors about potential issues, shipping with accessible defaults, making it easier to see content structure implications, and offering alternatives to inaccessible content (such as colors with better contrast). His talk will equip attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully "shift left" when it comes to website accessibility.
