Acquia Announces Enhancements to Its DXP
Acquia has announced enhancements to its digital experience platform, Acquia DXP, to create more personalized customer experiences.
The new capabilities were introduced at Acquia Engage Paris, the company's customer and partner event. Marketers face challenges in personalizing customer journeys, consolidating customer data from various channels and devices, and creating responses based on customer actions across touchpoints.
Acquia's customer data platform (CDP) and Acquia Personalization address these challenges by enabling marketers to leverage data from multiple channels, allowing for better personalization, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness. Acquia DXP and its CDP and personalization tools provide a modular and composable platform that integrates with other marketing products.
