ImageX Recognized as a Great Place to Work for 5-Year in a Row

ImageX has earned its fifth consecutive Great Place to Work certification for 2025, based on employee feedback collected through the Trust Index Survey. This year, 97% of employees rated the company positively, a significant increase compared to the average 60% seen across Canadian organizations.  

The certification is grounded in five key dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie, which are assessed to determine workplace quality. According to an official blog post on the ImageX website, the feedback reflects ImageX's focus on maintaining a positive work environment, particularly in a remote setting.  

Company representatives also noted the achievement reflects a consistent effort to build an effective workplace culture. The organization plans to mark the recognition with upcoming events, including a co-working retreat in Cancun, aimed at fostering team connections.  

The certification process emphasizes real-time employee feedback as a key metric for recognition, highlighting areas where organizations align with the expectations of their workforce.
