According to the survey, 65% of respondents reported significant impacts from cybercrime, with many struggling to recover effectively. The ongoing debate between cloud and on-premises hosting continues, as 33% of enterprises still rely on on-prem solutions, seeking greater control but potentially limiting growth opportunities.

Performance remains a pressing issue, with 47% of businesses experiencing slowdowns during traffic spikes — an issue that should have been resolved by 2024. The survey also revealed that 81% of companies have increased their website management budgets, driven by rising tech demands and legal compliance costs.
