Drupal CWG Launches Quarterly Open Office Hours for Community Support
The Drupal Community Working Group (CWG) Conflict Resolution Team has launched a new initiative: quarterly open office hours to foster a more inclusive and collaborative environment within the Drupal community. These sessions aim to provide a safe space for community members to engage with the CWG team, ask questions, and seek guidance on conflict resolution and community dynamics.
The open office hours will serve as an informal yet structured opportunity for participants to learn more about the CWG’s role in maintaining a positive community culture. Attendees will have the chance to seek advice on handling conflicts, share concerns, and explore resources designed to support constructive interactions within Drupal spaces. The format encourages open dialogue, allowing individuals to participate at their own comfort level, whether by actively engaging in discussions or simply listening in.
The first session is scheduled for February 28, 2025, from 5:00 to 6:00 PM GMT via Zoom. These quarterly meetings reflect the CWG’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that all Drupal community members feel heard and supported. The initiative seeks to strengthen community bonds and promote healthier interactions among contributors by offering a space for direct communication and resource sharing.
Participation is open to all, from long-time members of the Drupal ecosystem to those new to the platform. The CWG hopes these office hours will provide meaningful support, helping build a resilient and welcoming community for everyone involved.
