The Wait Ends: Splash Awards Switzerland 2025 Winners Announced
The highly anticipated Splash Awards Switzerland 2025 has officially revealed its winners. Recognizing outstanding achievements in digital innovation, the awards night took place on March 11th at the Kongresszentrum Davos, coinciding with the Drupal Mountain Camp. The event was organized by Drupal Events Switzerland with support from the Drupal Switzerland community.

The winners across various categories are as follows:
Commerce Category
- Winner: Netnode AG's Digital Platform for Zentrum Paul Klee and Kunstmuseum Bern
- Runners-up: LIIP’s new website for Swiss watchmaker Oris
International Business Category
- Winner: LIIP for Swiss watchmaker Oris’ website
- Runners-up: Smile for their website built for the International Committee of the Red Cross
National Business Category
- Winner: Netnode’s work for Zentrum Paul Klee and Kunstmuseum Bern
- Runners-up: Iqual, for the Relaunch of blasercafe.ch online shop
Public Affairs/Education Category
- Winner: LIIP’s project for Canton of Basel-Stadt
- Runners-up: MD Systems for Rebranding Paul Scherrer Institute PSI
Social Health Category
- Winner: Ting Community platform built by Verein Grundeinkommen
- Runners-up: Smile for the International Committee of the Red Cross
Solutions Category
- Winner: LIIP for their ‘Interactive page building experience for Nuxt and Drupal’ – Blökkli
- Runners-up: Netnode’s ‘NodeHive Headless CMS / Drupal powered headless solution’
Additionally, Blökkli received a special recognition as ‘Project of the Year.’
The jury members responsible for evaluating and selecting the best projects across all categories were Manuela Meier, Claudine Brändle, Pascal Sutter, Peter Mumenthaler, and Christian Ziegler.
First launched in 2015 in the Netherlands, the Splash Awards have grown into an international event celebrating the best Drupal-based projects. The awards recognize innovation, technical excellence, and the impact of digital solutions across various industries. They have since expanded to multiple countries, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand, further strengthening the global Drupal community. Last year, at the DrupalCon Singapore, an Asian Splash Awards was also started. The Splash Awards continue to highlight groundbreaking contributions in the Drupal community, showcasing projects that push the boundaries of innovation and excellence.
