Matthew Saunders to Present on Neurodiversity in Teams at Drupal Camp Asheville 2025

Matthew Saunders will present a session titled "The Neurodivergency SuperPower – How Diverse Teams Function Better" at DrupalCamp Asheville 2025. The session is scheduled for July 12, 2025, at 1:00 pm and will focus on how neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism , dyslexia, and other cognitive differences, contribute distinct strengths that enhance team collaboration and innovation.

The presentation will highlight specific abilities such as attention to detail and creative thinking, and how these traits can improve productivity and team dynamics. Matthew will share personal experiences and research to provide practical strategies for creating neuro-inclusive work environments. Attendees will learn approaches to support all team members and build inclusive cultures that foster better outcomes.

Drupal Camp Asheville 2025 will take place from July 11 to 13 at the UNC Asheville Highsmith Student Union, located at 700 Founders Drive, Asheville, NC 28804.
