Stanford WebCamp 2026 Opens Session Submissions for April Hybrid Event
Stanford WebCamp 2026 has opened its call for session proposals for its hybrid event taking place on 30 April and 1 May 2026. Organisers are accepting submissions for both virtual sessions on the opening day and in-person presentations on the second day.
The event will run online on 30 April 2026 and continue on 1 May 2026 in a hybrid format combining in-person participation at Stanford University with remote access. Organisers have stated that contributors do not need to be affiliated with Stanford University to submit a proposal.
The call for proposals opened on 13 February 2026 and will close on 3 April 2026. Acceptance notifications are expected before 10 April, and the full session schedule is anticipated before 25 April.
Session submissions can be made through the event website at the Stanford WebCamp session submission page. Additional event information is available at webcamp.stanford.edu.
Participation in the camp does not require formal registration, though attendees can subscribe for updates via the official mailing list page at mailman.stanford.edu.
Community discussions are available through the Drupal Slack channel for Stanford WebCamp at drupal.slack.com. The Stanford Slack workspace also hosts a Stanford WebCamp channel, which requires a Stanford ID to access.
