EvolveDigital Toronto Seeks Volunteers for 6 March 2026 Summit

Organisers of the EvolveDigital summit are recruiting volunteers for the upcoming EvolveDigital Toronto event scheduled for 6 March 2026 at the MaRS Centre in Toronto, Canada. Volunteers will support on-site operations during the one-day gathering and will receive complimentary access to the summit, including sessions and meals.

The event brings together digital strategists, marketers, developers, and technology leaders to discuss trends shaping digital transformation and online experience strategy. EvolveDigital is described by organisers as a community-driven conference focused on practical insights, innovation, and collaboration across the digital sector.

Volunteer responsibilities may include assisting with registration and attendee check-in, guiding participants through the venue, supporting session rooms and technical logistics, capturing event content such as photography or video, and helping with catering or general event coordination.

Organisers ask volunteers to be available on Friday, 6 March 2026 from 07:30–18:30 EST. A preparation session at the venue is planned for Thursday, 5 March 2026 from approximately 15:00–17:00 EST for badge preparation and role training. A short online orientation meeting will also take place ahead of the event to review responsibilities and programme details.

Applications are being accepted through the official volunteer registration form. Selected volunteers will receive complimentary access to the summit and assist with the event’s operational activities.
