JD Flynn in his session at the Drupal Camp Asheville will share his story of how he discovered that his feelings of worthlessness and dread were more than just bad moods and how he came to accept that he has mental illness, but mental illness doesn’t have him.  By sharing what helped him, he hopes that you will be able to recognize signs within yourself or those you care about and find ways to get help, accept that mental illness is not a damning diagnosis, and get past the stigma that surrounds people with mental illness.
