Store operators using Drupal Commerce can now handle MRW shipment tasks inside the Drupal administration interface. Bloomidea introduced the Commerce MRW contributed module in a blog post, and Drupal.org lists stable version 1.1.0 as released on 28 July 2026. The module connects Drupal Commerce to MRW's SAGEC SOAP services for shipments in Spain, Portugal, Andorra, and Gibraltar.

For merchants, the integration addresses the operational handoff between accepting an online order and sending the parcel through MRW. Store staff can transmit shipments, cancel them before collection, arrange return pickups, and store the returned MRW number as the shipment tracking code in Drupal. Transport labels are streamed from SAGEC when requested rather than stored locally. A tracking client can retrieve the latest status or the full shipment history, while polling schedules and workflow changes remain under the site's control.

Commerce MRW requires Drupal 10.3 or later, or Drupal 11, together with Commerce Shipping 3.x and SAGEC credentials supplied by an MRW franchise. Separate test and production credentials allow the connection to be validated before live parcels are processed. Bloomidea says the module was used by a production store and had 42 kernel tests when the post was published, but it provides no measured data on time savings or error reduction.
