First, Yahye Siyad, a former Team GB Paralympian and Diversity & Accessibility Lead, will highlight the importance of designing for inclusion in user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX). Siyad's insights are particularly crucial in a world where an estimated 16% of the global population experiences significant disabilities, and 15% of adults in advanced economies have low literacy rates.

Cyber-Duck's Creative Director, David Graham, will delve into UX-focused content strategy and governance. This aspect is often a pain point for organisations, as the ability of users and content teams to work effectively with a content management system (CMS) can significantly impact its success. Graham will introduce the UX Content Strategy Framework (UXCSF) approach, which integrates content, SEO, and UX strategy to enhance the CMS design and build process.
