Acquia Announces Major DXP Updates at Acquia Engage NYC 2024
Acquia Engage NYC 2024 showcased substantial updates to Acquia’s Digital Experience Platform (DXP), highlighting improvements in content management, site optimization, and privacy-compliant analytics. Key enhancements include Video Creator in Acquia DAM, which simplifies branded video production using AI, and Acquia DAM Copilot, a tool for intuitive, conversational asset searches that speed up content retrieval.
In Drupal CMS, Acquia introduced recipe-driven site-building and an AI-powered Experience Builder to streamline site creation. Acquia SEO Copilot, developed with Conductor, brings SEO guidance directly into Drupal’s editor, enabling content teams to optimize for search engines more easily. Additionally, Acquia Optimize, rebranded from Monsido, now provides real-time accessibility and compliance checks to help teams address issues before publishing.

Further announcements included FedRAMP accreditation for Acquia Cloud Next, enhancing secure cloud capabilities for government clients, and new Multi-Experience Operations (MEO) in Acquia Site Factory, which supports independent codebase management across multiple sites. Acquia’s partnership with Piwik Pro adds privacy-first analytics for organizations with strict data regulations, while updates to Acquia Convert deliver insights to improve user engagement and conversions.
