Vincenzo’s talk, "Introduction to AI Agents: Key Concepts and Features," will explore the distinctions between AI agents and chatbots, their unique features, and real-world use cases.

Dr. David Gerouville-Farrell, an AI consultant at Paidia Consulting and the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, will discuss the government’s adoption of large language models (LLMs) in the session, "AI-Powered Transformation: Public Facing LLMs in Government." He will share insights from the UK’s first public-facing AI service, which achieved remarkable results, reducing response times from 10 days to under 5 seconds and significantly cutting incoming contacts while enhancing customer satisfaction.

The evening concludes with a forward-looking presentation by John Griffin, founder and CTO of Atchai, titled "Beyond Bots: New Features and Future Directions for Next-Gen AI Agents." John will highlight cutting-edge advancements, including Web3-powered autonomous decision-making agents, and explore the future trajectory of these technologies.
