LocalGov Drupal Hosts AI-Focused Community Meetup and Tech Drop-in on February 20
LocalGov Drupal is hosting two insightful community events on Thursday, February 20, focusing on AI applications and technical discussions. The LocalGov Drupal Community Meetup: Uses of AI will take place from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and will explore how AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) can enhance council websites and services. The session will feature lightning talks from community members, showcasing practical AI use cases in Drupal. The event will include three expert-led presentations. These short demos and discussions will highlight innovative ways to implement AI in local government services.
Immediately after the meetup, the Tech Drop-in will run from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This open session invites attendees to discuss LocalGov Drupal and LocalGov Microsites, address technical challenges, propose new features, and exchange insights with other developers. Both events offer excellent opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the LocalGov Drupal community. The events will happen over Zoom.
