Oaisys Opens RSVP for Smaller Practitioner-Focused AI Meetup in Pune
RSVP registration has opened for the Oaisys AI Practitioners Meetup 2026, a practitioner-focused community event scheduled for 6 June 2026 at Innov8 Ganga Trueno in Pune, Maharashtra.
The event will run from 14:00 to 17:00 IST and is designed as a smaller-format gathering limited to approximately 35 to 40 participants. According to the organisers, the intentionally limited format is meant to support longer discussions, uninterrupted audience questions, and more direct exchanges between attendees working closely with AI implementation and experimentation.
The meetup is intended for engineers, founders, researchers, product teams, and designers actively experimenting with or implementing AI systems in products, workflows, or research environments. The stated goal is to create discussions centred on how AI fits into practical operational systems, team structures, and development workflows.
Oaisys described the meetup as a continuation of the community initiative launched through its conference in 2025. The newer meetup format is intended to support smaller and more frequent interactions between larger conference editions.
The programme will include practitioner-led sessions, community demonstrations, and open conversations focused on implementation experiences rather than broad industry commentary. Organisers said the format is designed to encourage deeper technical and operational exchanges between participants.
Two 15-minute community demo slots are also available for attendees who want to present projects, experiments, or implementation work to the group. QED42 said participants interested in demo slots should contact the community via the Oaisys LinkedIn page after completing the RSVP on the event page.
Attendance is free, though organisers noted that seating is limited to 35 participants and that confirmation via RSVP is required. The event venue is located at Innov8 Ganga Trueno in Pune.
Additional details about the meetup and RSVP registration are available on the event page. Information about community demo requests and updates is available through the Oaisys LinkedIn page.
