MidCamp 2026 Session Proposals Close 13 March
Speakers interested in presenting at MidCamp 2026, scheduled for 12–14 May in Chicago, have until 13 March 2026 to submit session proposals.
The conference programme will include sessions across technical and community-focused areas of the Drupal ecosystem. Organisers are inviting proposals from developers, project managers, designers, and end users who want to share practical experiences and lessons from their work with Drupal.
Topics of interest include practical applications of Drupal AI, building with and extending Drupal CMS and Canvas, and real-world experiences with decoupled or headless implementations. Organisers also encourage sessions on accessibility and inclusion practices as well as approaches to community contribution and ecosystem growth.
According to the organisers, selected speakers will be notified by 9 April 2026 and must confirm their participation by 15 April. The full conference schedule is expected to be published on 16 April.
Session proposals must be submitted through the MidCamp submission portal at https://www.midcamp.org/submit-session. Guidance on preparing and submitting a proposal is available on the MidCamp website at https://www.midcamp.org/events/2026/how-submit-session. Organisers also encourage prospective speakers who need help shaping their proposals to seek feedback through the event’s Slack channel before the submission deadline.
