Drupal Tech Talk Eindhoven 2025 Set for January 29

The Drupal Tech Talk Eindhoven 2025 will take place on Wednesday, January 29, at React Online, Torenallee 20, Eindhoven. This event, organized by React Online, Swis, Synetic, and Finalist, will bring together developers and experts from the Dutch Drupal community for an evening of knowledge-sharing and networking. Attendees will have the opportunity to deepen their technical expertise while enjoying food and drinks in a collaborative atmosphere.

Event Highlights

The evening will kick off with a walk-in at 17:30 CET, followed by a welcome and introduction at 17:45 CET. The main sessions, beginning at 18:00 CET, will feature insightful talks by industry experts, including:

• Joris van Tilburg (React Online): "Browser Support for the View Transition API—What Does It Mean for Drupal?" This session will explore the increasing browser support for the View Transition API, particularly for multi-page apps (MPAs), and how animated page transitions can make Drupal websites behave more like modern web applications. Attendees will gain practical insights into leveraging progressive enhancement techniques in Drupal.
• David Becker (Finalist): "Drupal on MongoDB: A Snappy Solution for a Sluggish Site?" Becker will discuss how MongoDB can address performance challenges in Drupal sites with numerous authenticated users and personalized content. The session will cover the advantages of using MongoDB, its integration with Drupal, and the current state of the MongoDB contrib module in relation to Drupal core.

A dinner break is scheduled for 19:00 CET, during which attendees can network and exchange ideas. The concluding segment with drinks will follow at 20:30 CET.
