Matthew Saunders to Discuss Neurodiversity and Inclusive Design at FLDC 2025

Florida DrupalCamp 2025 will feature an impactful session on February 22, 2025, addressing the intersection of neurodiversity and inclusive design. Scheduled for 3:00 to 3:45 PM EST at Florida Technical College in Orlando, J. Matthew Saunders's presentation promises to provide critical insights into creating inclusive environments.

The session, “My NeuroDivergent Brain: Insights and Strategies for Inclusive Design,” will explore the lived experiences of neurodivergent individuals. Matthew will discuss how neurodiversity influences thinking, learning, and social interaction and explore its implications for universal design, workplace inclusion, and community engagement.

The presentation blends personal anecdotes with evidence-based research, offering actionable strategies for accommodating neurodiverse individuals. Attendees will leave with tools to better understand neurodivergent perspectives and foster environments where everyone can thrive regardless of cognitive differences.
