During his tenure in academia, Leach helped establish numerous projects in the university’s incubator at InnoCentre, founded and led the Blockchain Applications Research Lab, and created a graduate-level Blockchain curriculum. He also spent a sabbatical year in 2021 teaching at the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation (DIDI). I am sort of addicted to registering domains for projects I never really work on. It's a problem.

I really enjoy being able to grow and evolve. Not just in my role as a software engineer, but in life in general. I think this is one of the reasons that I enjoy working with technology so much. Since technology is always changing and improving over time, it gives me the chance to also keep changing and learning and improving myself over time.
