Baddý Sonja Breidert

Baddy Breidert or baddysonja, the co-founder of 1xINTERNET, has been a part of the Drupal community for over ten years. As an extremely active member in the German Drupal community, she has been a relentless force for good in the community by organizing multiple events, contributing to Drupal issue queues and Documentation, and helping mentor new contributors.

Baddy’s expertise lies in site building, web and project management, and Drupal business. She has been Drupal Association Board Member and onboarding and communication lead of the Decoupled Menu initiative. Baddy has been a document guide maintainer for planning drupal events and Decoupled Menus initiative.

She has been a co-organizer of Drupal Europe 2018 and an organizer for DrupalCon Europe 2020, German Splash Awards, and Northern Lights and Solstice DrupalCamps (Ireland). She is also the co-founder of German Drupal Business Association. For her dedication and contribution to the Drupal community, Baddy won the 2020 Aaron Winborn Award.

With a team of 85 employees, all of whom are Drupal specialists, 1xINTERNET actively contributes to the Drupal Community.

About DrupalCon Europe is taking a break, but it was loud and clear that the European Drupal community needs an opportunity to meet, connect and share. Because of this, we decided to organize Drupal Europe (the biggest Drupal event in Europe in 2018) with a group of community volunteers in collaboration with the Drupal eV (German Drupal Association) and the Drupal Europe Foundation. We'd like to update you on our progress and turn to you for input.
